What public WiFi gives your location.

Every visitor who signs in can opt in to hear from you, so free WiFi builds a marketing list of people who actually came to your location. You also see who they are, how long they stay and whether they come back.

  1. A list of visitors who want to hear from you

Visitors opt in to marketing when they sign in and set their own preferences. Each one is a real visitor to your location, with consent to contact them.

  2. Bring them back

Opted-in visitors get a welcome email and land on a page of local offers or events, and you can keep promoting the location to them after they leave.

  3. Free WiFi across the space

Visitors connect in the street, the mall or the grounds, signing in once with a few details.

  4. How many visitors connect

Connections and visitor numbers, live and over time, so you can see how busy the network is.

  5. Who your visitors are

Gender, age range and home town for the visitors who sign in, so you know who your location attracts and how far they travel.

  6. How long they stay

Dwell time shows whether people pass through or spend time in the area.

  7. Who comes back

Returning devices reconnect in one tap, and the dashboard shows how many visitors return.

  3. Consented sign-in, fed into your email marketing

  4. A dashboard

Visitor numbers, connections, dwell time, returning visitors and visitor demographics (gender, age range and home town), live and historic, with heatmaps of where people connect.

  5. Web filtering

Unsuitable sites are blocked, so the network is safe for families to use. We are a Friendly WiFi approved provider.

  6. GDPR compliant

Visitors choose what they share and whether to hear from you. We take your data protection team through how the data is handled.

What visitors see when they connect.

Visitors join the network and sign in once on a page like this, choosing whether to hear from you. Every sign-in feeds the portal, which has dozens of reports on who connects, when and for how long. The connections report is one of them.

Example sign-in page
WiFi connections report for one location: averages of 747 connections a day, 5,230 a week, 22,725 a month and 272,554 a year, then this week's 3,365 connections, busiest between 12:00 and 13:00 with an average connection time of 1 hour 28 minutes, the ten busiest zones split into new and repeat browsers, the share of new and repeat visitors, connections by hour of the day and connection time bands by day.
